In brief, we have 3 primary service plans:
- AXEON Basic Monitoring Plan - essential monitoring, no discounts on labor
- AXEON Preferred Service Plan - proactive monitoring and intervention, discounted labor rates, service guarantees (SLA) and billed for time and materials
- AXEON Power Plan - A true "Managed Service" plan designed to help you control monthly costs and allow as many service calls as needed for one, low, flat monthly fee.
The Preferred and Power Plans are our proactive service plans and integrate 3rd party software to allow us to speedily address and resolve issues on your network.
